Booking your wedding photographer is a big step. After all, this is the person who will be recording if not the most special day of your life, certainly one of the most magical. Your day will pass you in a blur so having those photographs to look back on is so important.  

It is also important to remember that this is your wedding day not a fashion shoot and although I am there to organise and direct the group photographs, I like to blend quietly into the background to capture the most natural candid images.

I will photograph all through the day and although I may make suggestions and be on hand to offer advice when asked, I aim to be totally unobtrusive.  The result will be a collection of beautiful images for you to treasure for years to come.

Before the wedding day it is important for us to communicate, sharing ideas, likes and dislikes.  It is only by getting to know you properly, that I can achieve those unique photographs as individual as each couple.  

Meeting at your venue is very helpful as we can talk through where various photographs can be taken.  Also, if you book with me, I strongly recommend I attend your wedding rehearsal when appropriate.

Each photograph you receive is individually edited. Be it colour, or black and white I enhance most images I take and am happy to retouch photographs when needed. The style of edit depends on your individual preferences  - I also offer handprints, photo-books, invitations and thank you cards.

Typically, due to the care I put into the editing of your wedding photographs, you should expect to receive the first edit within eight weeks of your wedding and the final edit within twelve weeks.
